Admission

All candidates who are awarded degree from other universities other than Kerala University should submit Eligibility Certificate from Kerala University (Eligibility for B.Ed.) at the time of admission, to confirm the admission. Candidates who have secured weightage of PG from other universities should also submit eligibility of PG.

The online registration to the B.Ed. course 2025-26 (Two Year Programme) by the University of Kerala commences from 10.06.2025. The registration form is  available online in the University website of which the link is given below. Last date for Online Registration is extended up to 01.07.2025









  


University Prospectus B.Ed. 2025-26



All the  candidates seeking admission to B.Ed. course in Merit, Community Quota, Management Quota, Sports Quota, Teachers Quota and Disability Quota should register online in the University portal. 
Candidates seeking admission in Management Quota  should submit the copy of the Online Registration Form and Certificates along with the Application form in the college office.

Certificates in original to be submitted during the time of Admission

1.      Print out of completed online application

2.      The original fee receipt / transaction slip towards Registration fee

3.      Original and a self-attested photocopy of the SSLC or any relevant school records to prove date of birth.

4.  Original and a self-attested photocopy of the mark lists of all parts of the qualifying examination(s) (UG and PG) and Degree/Provisional certificate.

5.      Certificate to prove nativity if applicable

6.      TC from the Institution last attended.

7.      Course & Conduct Certificate.

8.   Migration Certificate from the University last studied. (for those who acquired degree from other universities)

9.     Certificates from the village officer namely “The applicant belonging to Anthyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY) and Priority House Hold (PHH) category” or “The income or assets certificate for Economically Weaker Sections (EWSs) in General Category” for candidates under EWS category.

10.  Caste/Community Certificate for candidates under Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes quota.

11. Community Certificate for candidates under Community Quota

12.  Non Creamy Layer Certificate in the case of SEBC candidates.

13.  Non Creamy Layer Certificate in the case of OEC candidates claiming vacant SC/ST seats.

15.  Non Creamy Layer Certificate/Community Certificate in the case of OEC candidates claiming fee concession.

14. Community Certificate and Income Certificate in the case of candidates eligible for OEC educational assistance (Annexure V.A)

16.  Original certificates in support of Special reservation, if applicable.

17.  Original and a copy of the Equivalency Certificate and Eligibility Certificate from the University of Kerala, specifically stating that, their Qualifying examination is recognized for seeking admission to B.Ed. Degree course (not Higher Studies/Employment purpose)in a particular optional subject/in a stream as applicable, in case of double or triple main candidates/ or candidates who have passed the degree examination in Vocational or specialized courses. Candidates who have secured weightage of PG from other universities should also submit eligibility of PG.

18.  Original and a self-attested photocopy of NSS/NCC certificate at degree level, if applicable.

19. Undertaking from the students as per the provisions of anti-ragging verdict by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. (Annexure VII)

20.  Any other relevant certificates

Two copies of all the certificate has to be submitted along with the original
