Dr. THARAMMA GEORGE T., Professor, Mount Tabor Training College, Pathanapuram, Kollam District, Kerala, joined in permanent service in the College in 1998. She is the IQAC co-ordinator of the college. She has also held positions like Chief Examiner, External Examiner of B.Ed. Degree Practical Board, and Executive member of Kerala University Mathematics Teachers Association. She has participated in a number of International, National and State level Seminars and Workshops and has also presented papers in these seminars. She has a number of publications to her credit. She has also participated in the UGC sponsored Orientation Programme and Refresher Course. She is an approved research guide in education in the University of Kerala and there are three research scholars under her guidance. She has completed one UGC aided minor research project. She is a member of number of Academic bodies.

Dr. ROSAMMA PHILIP., Professor, Mount Tabor Training College, Pathanapuram, Kollam District, Kerala, joined in permanent service in the College in 1994. 

She has held positions like Former Syndicate Member, Member, Kerala State Curriculum Revision Expert Committee, Member, core committee for Textbook Review of Kerala State, Member, Kerala Vocational Higher Secondary School Revision Committee

She has also held positions like Chief Examiner, External Examiner of B.Ed. Degree Practical Board.  She has participated in a number of International, National and State level Seminars and Workshops and has also presented papers in these seminars. She has a number of publications to her credit. She has also participated in the UGC sponsored Orientation Programme and Refresher Course. She is an approved research guide in education in the University of Kerala and there are three research scholars under her guidance. She has completed one UGC aided minor research project. She is a member of number of Academic bodies. Expertise in Teaching skill enhancement programmes, Personality Development Programmes. He has held positions like Member, Board of Studies, Faculty of Education, University of Kerala, Research Guide, University of Kerala, Core Group Member, Restructuring All Kerala B.Ed. programme (2 years), Core Committee Member, Kerala University Curriculum Revision 2013, 2015, 2019. M.Ed. Curriculum Revision 2013. NAAC Re-accreditation Coordinator, Member, Panel of Peer Reviewers of International Journal Higher Education for the Future, Chairman University Examination and Practical Board, Chief Examiner, and External Examiner of B.Ed. Degree Practical Board. He is the College Nodal Officer of AISHE and RUSA. He secured the First Rank in B.Ed. 2000, University of Kerala and Third Rank in M.Ed. 2001, University of Kerala. He has participated in a number of International, National and State level Seminars and Workshops and has also presented papers in these seminars. He has a number of publications to his credit. He has also participated in the UGC sponsored Orientation Programme and Refresher Courses. He is a facilitator in Human Resource Development and a Resource person in Personality Development, Online teaching and Evaluating tools and ELT to many institutions. He is a member of a number of Academic Bodies and an Executive member of Kerala University General Teachers Association.

Mrs. SOJIA JOHN, Assistant Professor, Mount Tabor Training College, Pathanapuram, Kollam District, Kerala, joined in permanent service in the College in 2008. She has secured Second rank for M.Ed. from M.G University in 2005. She is pursuing Research.

Mrs. Nimmi Varghese, Guest Faculty, Mount Tabor Training College, Pathanapuram, Kollam District, Kerala, joined in service in the College in June 2019. She has participated in a number of International, National and State level Seminars and Workshops and has also presented papers in these seminars. She is a member of a number of Academic bodies. She has secured Third Rank in B.Ed 2010, University of Kerala and Second rank in M.Ed.2012 from University of Kerala. She is pursuing Research.

Dr. Mariam Joseph, Associate Professor (Retd.), Mount Tabor Training College, Pathanapuram, Kollam District, Kerala, joined as Guest Lecturer (Full Time) in the college in 2019. She served as the Chief Examiner and External Examiner of B.Ed. Degree Practical Board. She has participated in a number of International, National and State level Seminars and Workshops and has also presented papers in these seminars. She had shared her academic expertise to other Teacher Training Institutions of South India.

Dr. Jacob George, Associate Professor (Retd.) Mount Tabor Training College, Pathanapuram, Kollam District, Kerala, joined as Guest Lecturer (Full time) in the College in 2019. He served as the University deputed Supervisor for Inter University Sports meet and Athletic meet. He was the team manager of University Cross Country team and acted as the referee for many National and State level Basket Ball tournaments. He was the Chief Examiner appointed by the University for Physical Education. He had participated in a number of International, National and State level Seminars and Workshops and has also presented papers in these seminars.
