Awards and Scholarships

1. Mar Thoma Dionysius Memorial Prize and Cash Award Instituted by the Mount Tabor Monastery in memory of our founder His Grace Mar Thoma Dionysius Metropolitan. The prize is awarded to the student who scores highest in the University examination from this college.
2. Zachariah Mar Dionysius Memorial Prize and Cash Award Instituted by Mount Tabor Monastery in memory of His Grace Zachariah Mar Dionysius Metropolitan. The prize is awarded to the orthodox student who scores highest in the University examination from this college.
3. P.T.A Award Instituted by the Parent Teacher Association of the college, which is awarded to the students who scores highest in each optional subject except English.
4. Luna Memorial Prize Instituted by Paulose family in memory of their daughter late Mrs. Elizabeth Paulose (Luna) who was a former English optional student of this college, is awarded to the best English optional student.
5. Mar Thoma Dionysius Memorial Prize Instituted by Mrs. Alice Oommen, Puthicottu villa , Thiruvalla, awarded to the best student.
6. Mar Thoma Dionysius Memorial Elocution Prize Instituted by Mrs. Leela Koshy, Thiruvalla awarded to the best elocutionist of the college.
7. Rev. Fr. K.A.Abraham Endowment Instituted by staff and students of the college, awarded to the poor and needy students of the college.
8. Prof. N.K.Venugopal Endowment Instituted by our former principal Prof. N.K. Venugopal. The Endowment is awarded to the first rank holder of the college and to the highest scorer in Mathematics optional.
9. All India association for Christian Higher Education Scholarship All India association for Christian higher education scholarship, which carries a cash award of Rs.1500/-, is awarded to one student of the college on the basis of merit and recommendations made by the staff of the college.
10. Kozhencheril Valiyatharayil John Philip Memorial Cash Award Instituted by Kozhencheril Valiyatharayil Family. The cash award is given to the first three ranks of the college.
11. Principals Ever Rolling Trophy Constituted in honour of our former principal Prof. N.K. Venugopal which is instituted by students of the year 2002 -’03. The trophy is awarded to the winner of All Kerala Interschool Quiz competition.
12. Manalil M.A.Cherian Memorial Ever Rolling Trophy Instituted by the family of Late Sri. M.A. Cherian, Manalil. The trophy is awarded to the winner of All Kerala Inter Training College Quiz Competition.
13. Diana Memorial Prize An Endowment prize named ‘ Diana Memorial Prize’ for the best Social Science student teacher of the year in memory of the late Diana Wilson (former B. Ed student 2000-2001) is instituted
14. New Endowment for full attendance An endowment in the name of the Principal Smt. Chandrikadeviamma I, has been constituted in the year 2008-09, for the students who have full attendance in every academic year.
