Dr. ROSAMMA PHILIP, Associate Professor, Mount Tabor Training College, Pathanapuram, Kollam District, Kerala, joined in permanent service in the College in 1993. She is holding positions like Syndicate Member, University of Kerala, Expert Committee Member, Kerala State Curriculum Revision, Member, Core Curriculum Committee to review Text Books of Kerala State Syllabus, Member, National Council for Teacher Education- Visiting Team, Member Academic Core Committee to revise VHSE Curriculum April 2014. She is a Research Guide of the University of Kerala. She is also associating with the Research projects of DIETs of Kerala. She is a Resource person in a number of institutions including Academic Staff Colleges and was Chief Examiner, and External Examiner of B.Ed. Degree Practical Board. She has participated in a number of International, National and State level Seminars and Workshops and has also presented papers in these seminars. She has a number of publications to her credit. She has also participated in the UGC sponsored Orientation Programme and Refresher Courses. She has coordinated a UGC Sponsored State Level Seminar in College. She is a member of a number of Academic Bodies. She has completed two UGC Minor Research Projects. She also conducted Live Counselling Programmes through Dooradarshan Kendra, Participated in Discussions in All India Radio, Local Radio, Asianet, India Vision and Shalom

NAAC Re-accreditation Coordinator, Member, Panel of Peer Reviewers of International Journal Higher Education for the Future, Chairman University Examination and Practical Board, Chief Examiner, and External Examiner of B.Ed. Degree Practical Board. He is the College Nodal Officer of AISHE and RUSA. He secured the First Rank in B.Ed. 2000, University of Kerala and Third Rank in M.Ed. 2001, University of Kerala.
