Library

The college has a fully equipped library with more than 12221 volumes. The library is fully computerized. The reference itself includes more than 600 volumes and 12 encyclopedias. The Library also subscribes more than 14 Educational Journals and 10 periodicals.

Our library has been subscribing Nlist (National Library and Information Services Infrastructure for Scholarly Content) since 2010. The N-LIST project provides access to e-resources to students, researchers and faculty  of our college through server(s) installed at the INFLIBNET Centre. The teachers are authorized to use the facility with the password given to them. The students will have to contact the Librarian for authorization which will be valid for the whole duration of the course. The authorized users access e-resources and download articles required by them directly from the publisher’s website. More than 3000 journals can be accessed

Library Rules

  • The library will be kept open from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M.
  • Students are allowed to take a maximum of four books at a time for 14 days
  • Reference books, periodicals and journals are not let out on loan
  • A fine of Re. 1 per book per day will be charged after due date
  • A maximum of ten books will be issued to the staff for a period of 14 days
  • Books may be renewed further one time only
  • Users will be responsible for any damage caused to the book or any property of the library
  • In case of loss of the book, borrower shall replace the book within 15 days, unless the defaulters will be charged three times of the cost of the book.
