Community Programmes

Our institution is located in a rural place and hence, it has significant role in the development of local community. Through the community oriented programmes we seek to empower our students by providing them with the skills they need to affect change in their own communities. These skills are created through the various programmes in which they form social groups working for a common agenda. The programmes help the students to understand both how to work with individuals and how to affect change within the context of larger social institutions. It also helps in the development of values like fellow concern, empathy, love co-operation etc.

We visit home for the destitute, rehabilitation centers located in the nearby districts and render them necessary financial and other help.

We also extend our guidance and counseling facilities to the nearby rural schools, provide training to the teachers of the schools and undertake various social service activities.In collaboration with the Panchayat and the various NGOs, we are involved in the developmental activities of the community
